Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If Ai Render Helper Pro cannot validate or run on a supported Windows machine and support cannot resolve it, contact us with your PayPal transaction ID.

Support

Support is provided through the contact and feedback forms. Include your app version, Windows version, a short description of the issue, and any relevant error text from the app logs.

Upgrade Access

A Pro purchase includes upgrades for 2 years. After that period, the customer can keep using the active version they own, and optional upgrade renewal pricing may be offered later.
